I wish to take this opportunity once again to thank you and your husband for your kindness in offering us a free training session on the 2nd October 2009.
Everybody at work has been talking about nothing else but the team building day the whole of last week and how much they felt were appreciated.
We are beginning to see the results and everybody has a sense of belonging and is proud of the work that we do.
Our attitudes and the way we relate with one another have changed, we have learnt the value of mutual respect and understanding.
I have personally learned to be patient and to be a good listener
